批次回覆 Gmail 中的多封信件

9c27bd252ff18efc4cd985f083e7a6b2 隨著工作的忙碌，每天Gmail收到的信實在多到爆，如果要一封一封回覆恐怕一天二十四小時都回不完。這個時候，我們可以藉助功能簡單的「Batch Reply for Gmail」擴充套件，讓我們可以一次回覆多封電子郵件，大幅加快處理信件的效率。

1.
開啟Google瀏覽器後，連至「http://goo.gl/ZtLKz」，開啟頁面後，點選右上角的〔加到CHROME〕進行「Batch Reply for Gmail」擴充功能套件的安裝。
 


 
2.
安裝完成後，進入Gmail頁面，即可發現在上方工具列右側多了一個〔Reply〕的按鍵，勾選要批次回覆的信件後，按下〔Reply〕即可一次同時回信給這些寄件者。
