油品標示不清 邱文達：要求重罰

對於油品業者涉嫌標示不實和違法添加銅葉綠素調色等油品食安問題，衛福部長邱文達今日上午表示，對於油品成分標示不清，衛生局將全面清查油品工廠所有油品製程，並要求重罰，以儆效尤，業者如情節重大，最高可處3年以下有期徒刑或併科新臺幣800萬元以下罰金。

而塑化劑風暴2年前引起台灣食安危機，法院一審僅判賠新台幣120多萬元，對此，邱文達說表示遺憾，國家衛生研究院也持續收集及研究國內外資料，分析長期使用的安全風險評估，並正追蹤300多個案例。

【中央社╱台北18日電】衛生福利部長邱文達今天說，已請地方政府衛生局查驗所有油品製造工廠，若有問題，可祭出重罰，最高可罰新台幣1500萬元。

邱文達上午到立法院備詢前，媒體訪問詢及大統長基特級橄欖油不純事件後續處置方式，他說，衛福部已請地方政府衛生局查驗所有油品製造工廠製程。

邱文達表示，衛福部已開始大規模清查，若有問題也許會重罰。按相關規定，最高可罰到1500萬元。
