淡水河水上餐廳 申請使用項目不符

淡水河河口最近出現一間兩百坪的水上餐廳，業者以水上休閒平台工程為由，向新北市水利局租用河川公地，打造這間餐廳，民眾可以在船上大啖生蠔，顧客進出則靠快艇接駁；對此水利局表示，當初餐廳負責人只有申請平台的施作工程，卻用來經營餐廳，這和原本申請使用項目不符，將會依照《水利法》，對業者處一萬元以上、五萬元以下的罰鍰，再要求業者進行改善。

除了使用項目的問題，民眾也質疑用船上下餐廳難免有危險性，餐廳業者表示遊艇和小艇一定會隨時停靠在平台兩側，也都有救生衣，會確保乘客的安全；此外店開在淡水河上，廚餘菜渣要怎麼處理，業者則回應，營業使用過的水，都由合作的環保公司，每兩天就會抽運到環保船上去進行專業處理，絕對不會排放到河川中。
