目前這一波東北季風正在南下接近台灣，所以其實周二晚上北部地區就會越來越涼，等到周三一早起來，天氣就會變得涼颼颼，這波東北季風預計影響台灣到周四，所以未來兩天北部地區都是涼颼颼的感覺，低溫有機會下探到20度以下，空曠地區有機會來到18度，就連中南部低溫也只有23-24度左右，各地早晚都是偏涼。中午北部的高溫也只有23-24度，不過越往南走越加溫暖，南部高溫還有30度以上，因此衣著部分北部得穿著薄長袖加上外套，而南部還可以穿著短袖，南北溫差在周三將近7-8度，提醒南北往返的網友們小心別穿錯衣服囉！

而這波東北季風帶來的水氣不多，除了基隆北海岸、宜蘭及山區有機會下點短暫雨之外，其他地區都是多雲到晴朗的穩定好天氣。所以週三的天氣重點就是北部會明顯轉涼，提醒大家要注意保暖囉。
