台北學苑明日招商　國防部現場帶隊場勘

【郭寶懃／台北報導】位於南京東路與敦化北路口「台北學苑」地上權案，明日舉辦招商說明會，並會帶領業者前往現場場勘，預計會吸引許多壽險業者與建商前往現場了解。

國產署表示，本次招標詢問度非常熱烈，為增加投資人對本案標的的了解，提升潛在投資意願，這回國防部會帶領投標者前往場勘，更近一步了解「台北學苑」地上權案未來的區域的規畫性。
