　　大口吃大閘蟹才過癮！

　　台灣本土也有好吃、好品質的大閘蟹！好山好水的埔里，由於水質純淨、氣候量爽，非常適合養殖大閘蟹，埔里澄品大閘蟹負責人、同時也是台灣大閘蟹養殖協會會長陳先生，花了四年的時間成功養殖出肥美的大閘蟹，甚至創下超過十兩的紀錄，成為埔里尋奇嚐鮮的新選擇！

　　澄品大閘蟹平均重量約四～六兩，現撈的大閘蟹只要灑上些許的鹽巴，然後蒸熟之後就可大快朵頤了！鮮甜的蟹膏，吃起來毫無腥味，反而有種鮮美的滋味；蟹肉部分也是讓人吮指回味；至於蟹腳也是相當肥美，利用小工具慢慢小吃，真是大呼過癮！

　　澄品大閘蟹位於埔里的據點有養殖場以及門市，養殖場可以感受大閘蟹的生長環境與生態，更可以在養殖場現撈現吃；而門市部可以直接選購，也可以現場品嚐。（攝影／范綱武）
