永平工商醒獅社參加大陸「黃飛鴻世界獅王華人爭霸賽」，抱回第二名。

永平工商醒獅社月初到大陸參加「2013黃飛鴻世界華人爭霸賽」，再次技冠群雄，一舉抱回銀牌。

永平醒獅社連續4年蟬聯「舞龍舞獅錦標賽中正盃冠軍」，獅頭手陳勁甫、獅尾手粘瑞狄因此保送台北市立體育學院就讀，今年大二的兩人，返校與6名學弟組成夢幻隊伍，前往大陸廣東省佛山市參加醒獅界最重要的華人爭霸賽，果然不負眾望，抱回佳績。

陳勁甫與粘瑞狄兩人從鶯歌國中時期就搭檔迄今，兩人6、7年來練就無可取代的默契。陳勁甫說，回校傳授醒獅跳樁變化的訣竅，以及臨場如何冷靜、一氣呵成的經驗。

陳勁甫觀察，冠軍隊大陸隊基本功扎實，永平醒獅社則是有特色、動作難度高，奪銀雖敗猶榮。

粘瑞狄說，這7年來為了練習醒獅受傷多少次已數不清，膝關節、腰部多次受傷，但團隊榮譽至上，一次次克服恐懼，才有完美成績。

銀牌團隊共有8名成員，校友莊智穎、廖大偉之外，在校生廖育儒、廖柏儒、方偉丞、葉青林經過世界大賽洗禮，眼界大開，技藝也更精進。

校方說，高手雲集的比賽，分數幾乎都只有些微差距，抱回第二名，非常值得肯定。
