梁振英與菲總統談笑 港人憤怒

香港特首梁振英在出席亞太經合組織時，與菲律賓總統「艾奎諾三世」短暫交談，有說有笑，讓香港民眾看了十分憤怒。

有香港記者，在採訪APEC時，向艾奎諾三世提問，關於菲律賓沒有妥善處理二○一○年「馬尼拉人質事件」的問題時，被指大聲叫囂，妨害會場秩序，並被沒收採訪證。整起事件，引發香港社會大反彈，要求特區政府協助交涉。

但沒想到梁振英被拍到在會議中，與艾奎諾三世談笑自若，讓港人看到以後，更為憤怒，認為香港人在外頭受到欺負，但香港特首與特區政府完全置身事外，讓他們心寒。
