中央辦公大樓啟用 帶動新莊發展

中央規劃的新莊副都心中央合署辦公大樓，預計明年一月正式啟用，由於周遭緊鄰快速道路和機場捷運，預計將帶動周邊地區整體開發，成為第二個新板特區。

新莊副都心，明年一月將越來越熱鬧，因為中央合署辦公大樓要正式啟用，在這裡上班、洽公的人數將帶動周邊整體發展。

新北市城鄉發展局正工程司李擇仁：「大概會移入3千5百個辦公人員，商業發展起來的話，事實上他可以吸引更多人潮進入，兩者是相輔相成，相對新莊副都心整個發展，是相當有助益的。」

新北市府原先規劃就是以大漢溪兩側為發展核心，一邊是新板特區，另一個就是新莊副都心，辦公大樓周邊有高架、快速道路，加上104年開通的機場捷運線，產業、商業住宅完整，未來發展有可能超越新板特區。

李擇仁：「新莊副都心的北側，有我們新北市產值最高的，新北產業園區，周邊還有幾個正在開發的重劃區，以及整體開發地區，事實上這個地方是真正結合到生產、商業及住宅生活完整的區塊。」

而原本說了很久要興建的電影文化中心，新北市府已確定收回自己做，配合都市規劃，就等後續招商作業，新莊副都心生活機能便捷，預計將帶動大量人口移入。
