胖達人詐欺案 最快周三傳小S作證

胖達人案愈演愈烈，台北地檢署目前將全案分為詐欺、內線交易兩大區塊偵查，藝人小Ｓ徐熙娣因曾替胖達人站台宣傳，恐涉嫌詐欺罪，檢方最快今天以證人身分約談小Ｓ出庭說明，不排除列被告。

據了解，小Ｓ沒有大量買賣基因國際公司股票，所以沒列入內線交易約談名單，但她替夫婿許雅鈞投投資的胖達人麵包站台宣傳時，曾表示麵包是天然酵母製成，「吃了會瘦，吃了會健康。」

檢方認為，許多消費者都是因為小Ｓ的緣故，才會上門購買胖達人麵包，因此有必要釐清小Ｓ站台前，是否已知悉胖達人前董事長莊鴻銘有在麵包製作時添加香精。

胖達人遭踢爆麵包添加人工香精後，小Ｓ今年八月在錄影時，還向大家深深鞠躬道歉，並表示「向大眾致上最深歉意」。

據調查，二○一二年三月，胖達人麵包創辦人莊鴻銘、蔡昆成擁有五家麵包店及一家工廠，基因國際董事長徐洵平、小Ｓ公公許慶祥認為胖達人麵包可以投資，用兩億元資金向莊、蔡購買六成股權，入主胖達人。
