管碧玲要求外交部等解釋ICAO邀請函

民進黨立委管碧玲今日表示，ICAO致民航局邀請參加第38屆國際民航組織大會的邀請函，不僅非指定邀請民航局長沈啟，也完全不是甚麼「特邀貴賓」，對台灣的稱呼竟更降格為「中國的台北民航局」。管碧玲要求外交部與民航局必須立即向國人解釋。

管碧玲也批判馬政府持續在對人民說謊、膨風。管碧玲指出，ICAO(國際民航組織)於9月11日發給民航局的所謂邀請函，是以「Chinese Taipei Civil Aeronautics Administration」稱呼，就是「中國的台北民航局」；對照世衛組織發給「中華台北衛生署」的世衛大會邀請函，寫法是「Department of Health, Chinese Taipei」。

管碧玲強調，在Chinese Taipei前面的這個逗號「,」非常重要，「,」前面是單位，後面是國家或會員名稱，關鍵細節也就在此，顯見台灣參與ICAO的地位根本連世衛的宗祖國模式都還不如!
