男假扮女子　街頭「露鳥」當炫耀

【綜合報導】美國印第安那州警方指出，一名42歲男子希爾斯(James Reid Sills)在本月13日打扮成女子，穿著女裝，在街頭當眾露出生殖器，隨後希爾斯也遭到逮捕。

警方表示，希爾斯疑似想對路人和行車駕駛「炫耀」，而希爾斯過去也曾犯下性侵案，更在1999年犯下猥褻兒童罪。
