紅鼻剪刀 猝死

各位高手您好~
我有一個一呎的水草缸(基本，不需CO2的水草)，水溫大概在26~28度；裡面養了8隻紅鼻剪刀、4隻粉紅仙子，10隻琉璃蝦。原本好好的，紅鼻剪刀的群遊性也很棒，不過，今天我回到家，發現一隻紅鼻的頭上突然出現一個白點(不小)，原本不以為意，但過了約三個小時，這隻紅鼻開始在魚缸中到處翻滾、抽搐，我趕緊將牠撈到另外水桶中，不一會兒，牠就漸漸乏力，抽搐也變得間歇間發；再過十分鐘，就仰躺在底部，只剩下微弱的呼吸，我想也不久於世了！而且，缸內其他的魚隻也開始散亂的游，不那麼整齊了！

請問我的紅鼻到底怎麼了呢？也不像是白點病，因為只有一個點，發生的非常突然，會是水質的問題嗎？不過其他的紅鼻再有開燈的時候都還十分鮮紅，且缸內還有蝦子生存~ 這究竟是甚麼問題呢？我有點擔心會傳染給其他的魚耶！
