便利陸配返鄉 暫不收繳通行證

中國時報【張企群／台北報導】

為解決在台初設戶籍陸配，因大陸不發台胞證，造成無證件返回大陸辦理註銷戶籍手續的窘境，本月1日起，移民署實施大陸地區人民定居作業新流程，大陸居民往來台灣通行證暫不收繳，以便陸配返陸辦理喪失原籍公證書，預計每月約5百陸配受惠。

移民署指出，去年12月起，大陸公安部門規定陸配在台初設戶籍者，因大陸戶籍尚未註銷，不核發台胞證，造成陸配回大陸申請喪失原籍公證書時，陸方不發台胞證，而原有大陸通行證（大通證）又在申請在台設籍定居時被截角，致出現無法回大陸辦理註銷大陸戶籍的窘境。

為此，陸委會與移民署協商報請內政部核定，9月1日施行。
