中華隊今天(3日)開賽就火力全開，1局下進帳4分大局，加上江辰晏、林子崴合力7局完封，終場以10比0、7局提前扣倒委內瑞拉，確定將以分組第2晉級複賽。

1局下前2棒獲得保送上壘，陳子豪2分打點二壘安打，楊家維安打、王正棠安打、梁家榮高飛犧牲打，中華隊首局就取得4分領先。

打完5局有5分領先，6局下中華隊攻勢再起，從劉子銓安打開始，一連串盜壘、暴投、失誤、保送、安打，該局一口氣添得5分，將分差拉開到10分差距，7局上守成後便提前勝出。

江辰晏先發5局用75球被敲4支安打1保送5K，林子崴2局投球2安3K，2人合力封鎖委內瑞拉打線無失分。王正棠單場4安打3打點1盜壘表現相當搶眼，梁家榮也貢獻3分打點。

中華隊此戰獲勝後，在A組為3勝1敗，確定會以分組第2晉級，明天晚間6點30分將出戰墨西哥，總教練藍文成說：「今天打擊串連得不錯，但跑壘還要再加強。3場(捷克、加拿大、委內瑞拉)計畫中的勝利都有拿下來，明天對上墨西哥可以稍微輕鬆一點。」
