摘要：台灣有許多產業面臨缺工的問題，為了讓雇主不缺工，又兼顧幫助本地勞工就業，勞委會從今年三月開始，實施外勞增額機制。廠商如果要增聘外勞，就必須要多付就業安定費。但儘管如此，光是五月六月，外勞人數就爆增了八成，顯示缺工問題的確相當嚴重。
