台北市地政局今天表示，自2012年8月到2013年6月實價登錄期間，不動產買賣交易族群以首購族居多，佔65.5%，平均年齡在40.9歲，主要偏好中山、內湖、文山、北投等行政區，顯示為一年來的不動產交易熱區。

地政局指出，從性別觀察，首購族以女性佔比58.4%，較男性41.6%高出約四成。房屋坪數為男性購屋者的重要考量因素之一，女性則偏好在市中心置產，成交單價均值略高於男性。

另外，地政局也公布6月份實價登錄資訊，揭露筆數共3,334筆，交易案件仍以住宅大樓居多，佔37%，較上月增加2%；交易移轉面積則以40坪以下中小型住宅為主力，比重達69.2%。

從6月揭露資訊觀察，交易總價1,500萬元以下案件仍為市場主流，主要成交屋齡也介於6年到30年間，佔比為65.3%。
