http://chinese.engadget.com/2013/08/03/us-government-vetos-itc-ban-on-some-atandt-compatible-iphones-and/ http://tinyurl.com/og465ju 歐巴馬政府剛剛否決了 ITC 就 AT&T iPhone 和 iPad 侵犯 Samsung 專利，而禁止進口 的決定 由 Marco So 於 7 hours 之前發表 文章分類: 產業新聞 美國的 ITC 曾在六月初判定禁止兼容 AT&T 的 iPhone 4、3GS、3G、iPad 3G 版和 iPad 2 3G 版進口，因為其侵犯了 Samsung 一項編號為 7,706,348 的電訊譯碼專利， 不過歐巴馬（奧巴馬）政府則剛剛否決了 ITC（美國國際貿易委員會）上述決定。一封由 美國貿易代表處致 ITC 主席的信件指出，他們在考慮有關決定「對美國經濟競爭條件和 對美國消費者的影響」之後，決定否決 ITC 的裁決。 Apple 在得知消息之後立即回應，指出「我們讚賞政府在這一宗標誌性的案件中為創新站 立起來。Samsung 這種濫用專利制度的方式是錯誤的。」在 Apple 拍手之時，對手 Samsung 都當然有話要說吧，後者指出「我們對美國貿易代表處擱置由 ITC 發出的排除 令之決定感到失望。ITC 的決定正確地認清 Samsung 一直真誠地（跟 Apple）談判，但 Apple 仍然不願意跟他們取得（專利的）授權。」據報 Samsung 仍然有權從官司的途徑 維護他們的專利權。 - - 歐巴馬意思應該是「我的地盤我做主」？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.157.181
