關於替代役申請減免

我是今年大四畢業生

而身體問題而替代役體位

而現在同學說 要一起回高中辦減免證明

而我家人說 不用去辦 我都幫你搞定了

家裡說已經跟總幹事講好 = =? 這是啥東西

請問家人有辦法幫你去辦減免嗎? (我是很懷疑)

還是他們根本不懂這東西...
