欠電費 菲國艾爾貝省全面停電

（中央社馬尼拉31日綜合外電報導）菲律賓艾爾貝省（Albay）因欠國家電力公司9300萬美元的債務，整個省份被斷電，陷入一片漆黑。

艾爾貝省位於菲律賓中部，人口約120萬人。從昨天開始的大停電令居民意外萬分。

1名民眾說，電力公司完全沒有事先預警，首府雷加斯皮市（Legazpi）一片黑。店家提早打烊，醫院和辦公單位只能靠發電機供電。

美聯社報導，菲律賓能源部表示，艾爾貝省電力合作公司（Albay Electric Cooperative）已接獲斷電通知。當地過去15年來，積欠近9300萬美元的債務。

艾爾貝省省長薩爾斯達（Joey Salceda）表示，他正努力解決這項問題。1020731
