《國際經濟》穆迪確認美3A信評，展望調升為穩定

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】穆迪投資人服務公司周四確認美國AAA主權債信評，並將其評等展望從「負面」調升至「穩定」，顯示穆迪調降美國信評的威脅已經降低。穆迪表示，在削減政府支出後，美國經濟仍然穩定成長。
