急需現金請問快速借錢的方法?

我今年10月要滿21歲，名下沒有車子沒有房子，因為工作才做快一個月，所以也沒有穩定的薪轉證明，沒有半過任何信用卡或現金卡，有手機欠費未繳清，但我目前有事急需用錢兩萬塊左右。

1. 有問過報紙上的小廣告，但都需要保人，我借錢的事不想讓家人朋友知道
2. 聽說有人辦理現金卡，但我不知道我的條件是否可以辦? 要等多久? 因為我很急

請各位幫我想想辦法，或者是有誰確定以我的條件能幫助我
