新買的華碩筆電S300CA，用起來有觸電的感覺正常嗎?!

新買的華碩筆電S300CA，用起來有觸電的感覺正常嗎?!
就是外殼部分在接上電源時用手指輕摸表面有電流的感覺
而打開後內部除了鍵盤外
單手指摸白色的地方也都有電流的感覺
一隻手摸有觸電感，兩隻手摸觸電感就比較弱

實際測試過插上電源時才會有這個狀況
拔掉電源完全沒有觸電感
這是怎麼回事!?
這樣正常嗎?
試了好幾次都這樣
若不正常我要趕快送回去
買到現在還未滿7天

有其他人也有這種狀況嗎?!
