吳敦義：行孝揚善 避免刻薄寡恩行惡風蔓延

【實習記者黃信維／台北報導】副總統吳敦義上午出席內政部孝行獎表揚典禮致詞時，以最年長得主、83歲的黃興業照顧102歲老母親為例，說明行孝要即時、不間斷，有孝行要揚善，國家社會才能瀰漫善良、行善、公益的風氣，並避免刻薄、寡恩、行惡的風氣蔓延。

內政部長李鴻源表示，最年長得主是桃園縣的黃興業，最年幼的則是照顧奶奶與中風父親、新竹市10歲女童林筱君；來自連江縣的臨時工朱光秀，則為了愛種菜的父親獨力開闢1.5米寬的黃土道路。這項典禮有來自各縣市共30位獲獎者，每人獲頒1萬元獎金，其中清寒及低收入戶有18人，則致贈獎金2萬元。
