租郵局信箱的問題

因為租房子搬家時怕有些信件會漏掉,所以想在郵局租一個信箱來用,有幾個問題想請教:
1.用我的名字去租的信箱,是否只能收我的信件?我的室友的信件也能收嗎?
2.若向銀行更改地址,留下的新地址是郵局的信箱,銀行接受嗎?
3.台中逢甲附近的郵局信箱好租嗎?多久續約一次?
4.一個信箱大約可容納多少信件?
