老闆拒賣硬要拿　警被控竊盜送辦

【突發中心／台北報導】台北市文山二分局興隆所1名邱姓警員，與服飾店好友發生糾紛，一氣之下拿走店內衣物，昨天被依竊盜罪嫌送辦。
 
警方調查，31歲的邱姓警員前晚到萬華地區一家服飾店，因與老闆發生糾紛，爭執後邱員自行拿走店內衣物，老闆馬上報案。邱員表示他與老闆是4年老朋友，經常到店內幫忙，前晚到店內聊天，看到喜歡的衣服但老闆卻不願意賣他，一氣之下才拿走店內的衣物。
