最近面試了一家沒有自己公司廠房 只有辦公室 所以每天上班就是去客戶端半導體公司報到 保養維修 設備機台 開的薪水如下 底薪 24200 伙食 1800 績效獎金 5000--------若是表現不好犯錯 就會扣錢 感覺只會少不會多 合計 31000( 未扣勞健保+福利金100 試用期一個月 只能領26000 年薪 13個月 = 12個月+1個月年終+2500大賣場禮卷 必須簽約 3個月內離職 扣 10000 3到6個月離職 扣 5000 6到12個月離職 扣 2500 對了 這不是責任制 可報加班費 但是加班費是從公司向客戶端申報 客戶端肯給才有 真奇妙 這合理嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.84.183.129
