這案我覺得很奇怪 當初有爭議是因為北市府以交通建設為名徵收土地 後來再把這筆地以合建方式給日勝生 日勝生蓋好後再回饋一定比例房子給北市府 結果房子蓋好後土地飆漲 原地主很不爽 監察院也認為回饋比例有問題 最後新北市政府也拒絕移轉 但是房子已經賣了 所以日勝生就想挾這些買房住戶要挾北市府 北市府也怕弄不好 所以要求日勝生多提保證金35億 但我的問題是: 1.這個土地根本就是有爭議 如果北市府讓買方過戶 到時問題不是更複雜? 2.日勝生看似負責任 但這35億也是從銀行貸出來的 日勝生也只是名義上負責任不是嗎? 基於這二點 我看不出日勝生有脫離風暴 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.154.84
