美核准軟體銀行收購史普陵特

（中央社紐約2013年7月5日綜合外電報導）法新社報導，美國監管機構聯邦傳播委員會（FCC）今天核准了日本軟體銀行公司（SoftBank Corp.）以216億美元收購美國行動電信業者史普陵特公司（Sprint NextelCorp.）。

這項交易可能會撼動美國無線市場。

聯邦傳播委員會代理主席柯里本（Mignon Clyburn）說：「對使用行動寬頻的美國用戶來說，今天是個好日子。」他說，這項交易「有助於公共利益」。
