卡達和平會談 塔利班否認取消

（法新社喀布爾23日電） 阿富汗塔利班游擊隊今天駁斥有關可能取消與美國和阿富汗政府和平會談的報導。這些報導說，塔利班是因上週在卡達設立的辦公室遭外界批評，而可能取消會談。

「紐約時報」（New York Times）昨天報導，據未具名塔利班官員表示，這個叛亂團體決心保留他們卡達辦公室引發喀布爾當局憤怒的名稱和旗幟。阿富汗的塔利班發言人否認此事。

塔利班這處辦公室所用名稱，是1996至2001年統治阿富汗時期使用的正式國號「阿富汗伊斯蘭大公國」（Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan），同時使用白色塔利班旗幟。這看在許多阿富汗人眼中，喚起對塔利班殘酷統治的回憶。

美國主導的北大西洋公約組織（NATO）明年結束阿富汗戰鬥任務，塔利班在卡達設辦公室，用意是朝向簽署和平協議邁出第一步。但是阿富汗政府指控塔利班想營造流亡政府形象。（譯者：中央社羅苑韶）
