眾院版預算 美參院再度否決

美國聯邦參議院今天第2次否決眾議院版的應急支出法案。眾院版案大幅修改歐巴馬健保法。

參議院民主黨以54比46，反對修改歐巴馬健保法，並再把法案送給眾院審議，希望美國政府在明天之後，還能繼續運作。

距離午夜最後期限不到2個小時，國會仍為了聯邦預算陷入嚴重對峙。

如果兩院無法達成協議，政府機關將會停擺，迫使大批聯邦政府員工放無薪假。
