天兔颱風成形 各地多雲到晴

菲律賓東方海面的熱帶性低氣壓今天(17日)2時已發展為輕度颱風天兔，中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南東方1230公里之海面上，以每小時10轉13公里速度，向西進行。

氣象局研判，天兔颱風將從巴士海峽通過，20日周五至21日周六、這兩天最靠近台灣。受到天兔颱風外圍水氣影響，19日後天中秋節開始，各地降雨機率將開始逐漸增加，中秋節晚上，只有中南部仍有機會看到月亮。

氣象局表示，今天越晚東邊水氣會越來越增加，白天各地仍為多雲到晴的天氣，中南部地區和北部山區午後仍要注意局部的短暫雷陣雨，並提防午後熱對流可能造成的局部性較大雨勢，而東半部地區也還是有機會出現局部的短暫陣雨，晚上臺灣東北邊迎風面一帶的降雨機率也會稍增加。

溫度方面西半部高溫大約都在３２到３３度，東半部則是３０到３２度，早晚的低溫大約在２３到２６度，感覺是稍有涼意到舒適。
