檢察官疑覬覦上億廟產　涉殺人未遂遭收押

台南地檢署一名顏姓檢察官疑似在任職高雄地檢署期間，介入高雄及屏東地區寺廟數十億的廟產糾紛，並涉嫌勾結不法分子，企圖以假車禍及槍擊殺害佛寺新任住持，被檢方傳喚到案後，於今(7)日凌晨被收押禁見。

據了解，高雄金山寺、屏東德修禪寺等佛寺的新任釋姓住持，於去(2012)年4月遭到一名陳姓男子及一名張姓女子開車衝撞，甚至企圖輾過他，所幸有路人大喊搭救才逃過一劫。

另外，去年9月時陳男又再度跑到屏東某寺廟裡對釋姓住持開槍，幸好釋姓住持以手護住頭部，且弟子們也上前制伏陳男，釋姓住持才逃過一劫，僅手部及腹部受傷。

廉政署及警方調查後發現，釋姓住持一連串的厄運應非偶然，而犯案人皆與顏姓檢察官為熟識，關係相當密切。檢方指出，當舊任住持圓寂後，高達新台幣十多億的廟產引起覬覦，各方勢力均想分一杯羹，不排除顏姓檢察官的目標也是為了廟產。

據悉，顏姓檢察官被控恐嚇、殺人未遂等罪嫌，被檢方傳喚到案後，認為其有逃亡、串供之虞，向法院申請羈押，法官於7日凌晨裁定收押禁見。
