一夜兩女嬰猝死 檢將保母母子二人起訴

發生在今年二月初的新竹縣兩名女嬰先後在保母家中猝死案件，新竹地檢署偵查終結，檢察官根據驗屍報告和會勘現場等證據，認為是一連串疏失造成的意外。陳姓保母和長子都被檢方依業務過失致死罪嫌提起公訴。(彭清仁報導)

新竹縣竹北市一名陳姓保母，同時照顧四名嬰兒，今年二月一日晚間，先是七個月大的鍾姓女嬰，頸部遭電腦滑鼠線纏繞，在發現後緊急送醫，但女嬰還是氣絕身亡；正當陳姓保母在醫院時，又接獲大兒子的電話，指稱兩個月大的張姓女嬰，疑似因為溢奶窒息死亡。由於案情實在太過離譜，新竹地檢署也派出兩位檢察官前往現場會勘，並請法醫解剖兩名女嬰，以查明確實的死亡原因。

死亡女嬰家屬質疑陳姓保母有餵食藥物，不過檢方的驗屍報告中指出，兩名死亡女嬰血液中，並沒有藥物反應。檢察官認為，負責照顧的陳姓保母，及任助手的廿歲長子照顧嬰兒時，竟輕率離開視線，應注意而未注意，疏失重大。檢方認定兩名女嬰死因是「一連串的疏失」造成的意外；另外，陳姓保母的兒子也沒有保母證照，完全憑經驗照顧。且案發後至今，陳姓保母也一直未與兩名女嬰家屬達成和解，全案檢察官偵查終結，檢方依業務過失致死罪嫌，將陳姓保母母子二人提起公訴。
