基隆碧砂漁港旁山坡上的2000噸巨石，碎石前置作業4號提前完工，原訂需要兩天完成的500公尺施工便道，只花了一天，4號下午就提前完成，工程人員預計5號開始進行周邊石塊的清理整地，接著6號開始啟動鑽孔灌膨脹劑的碎石作業。
