奇力光電債務 奇美、群創考慮善後

〔自由時報記者盧冠誠／台北報導〕LED廠奇力光電7月底公告全體董事及監察人辭職，積欠銀行團56億元債務，陷入找不到人討的困境，債權銀行主管透露，奇美實業及群創光電兩大股東正考慮善後，協助處分擔保品後，期盼取回5成債權。

債權銀行主管昨天指出，據銀行團側面瞭解，奇力光電的兩大股東正考慮出面善後，協助拍賣土地、廠房、機器設備等擔保品，讓銀行團損失降到最低，希望可以拿回5成債權。

奇力光電欠債56億元中，約30億元為兩個分別由第一銀行、兆豐商銀主辦的聯貸案，合計往來銀行達18家，以及4家票券公司，最大債權銀行為一銀，其餘銀行從幾千萬元到數億元不等。

一銀對奇力光電曝險金額為8.1億元，8月底已提存45%，內部規劃9月提到50%，年底前是否再增提，就看兩大股東後續態度；一銀強調，銀行資產品質穩健，這個案子對獲利影響非常有限。

銀行團日前已開會選出2位具有律師、會計師背景的臨時管理人，為日後處分擔保品做準備，以維護權益。
