摘要：經常行經新北市淡水的民眾，應該都對尖峰時間的塞車問題感到很困擾。為了解決塞車狀況，新北市府規劃興建淡北快速道路，環保署也通過了環評，不過有環保團體認為這條道路會破壞珍貴的紅樹林生態，所以提出行政訴訟。而經過一年半的審理，今天台北高等行政法院判決環保署敗訴，這代表著先前的環評必須撤銷。新北市府收到結果感到錯愕，但表示不會停工，會提供更多資料進入二階段環評。
