【綜合報導】受到桔梗颱風轉變為溫帶低氣壓影響，日本從北到南都下起超大豪雨，其中名古屋更測得1小時110毫米的雨量，並在昨天開始出現大淹水，許多道路、店鋪、地下室等都被大水灌入，而當地政府也在昨晚發布全市避難令。

此外，日本氣象廳今日也持續發布大雨特報，並呼籲日本北部和東部居民注意豪大雨和土石流發生。
