路權該給的要給，但是請尊重其他用路人的權益，就像重機駕駛想要爭取自己的權益一樣

要他人尊重之前請先尊重他人，如給人不好的印象，那又如何期望他人給予支持

另外個人覺得這段話說的是事實

有人說要拿數據出來說話，請問數據在撞死人的時候能為應注意而未注意這條罪名脫罪嗎?

高速公路狀況很多，誰能保證一定不會出事?

如果能將因非駕駛人之過錯造成之死亡或傷害除罪化，重機要不要上高速公路跟汽車駕駛人有何關系?

幹嘛反對??
