標題[面試] 關於精材科技的福利

請問精材科技這間公司，內部工作氣氛好不好 薪資福利如何，產能好的話， 真的有除了保障14個月， 季獎金是0.5、0.5、1個月....嗎 中秋，端午，春節，五一勞動節，生日 會有禮卷或禮金 上班的方式是做二休二的那種嗎 多上天數有算加班費嗎 請問考試的話，考些什麼呢， 是類似台積，聯電的， 考英聽，智測，性向測驗那類的 小弟不才學歷沒有很高 國立地名大學的學士 目前當任廠務半年多， 系統實在是很不穩定， 一個月下來大約有一半以上的天數 都在掃水......ＯＲＺ， 不過這個不是重點ＸＤ， 如果有半導體的經驗， 或許可以跳去母公司的機會 請問如果應徵黃光設備， 可以開價的話，大概多少， 目前沒啥黃光的經驗， 硬要說跟黃光有經驗的， 曾經也只有兩個多月 黃光製程助工而已， -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.127.51.76
