# 硬體規格 CPU：Intel i5-3470 MB ：Gigabyte B75M-D3H RAM：Adata DDR3 1600 8GB x 2 VGA：內顯 HDD：SSD x 1, Toshiba 2T x1 PSU：Be Quiet E6 400W O.S：Ubuntu 12.04 購入大約 3~4 個月，一開始就有此問題，但後續有越來越頻繁的趨勢。 # 問題描述 電腦經常突然當機，螢幕保持原畫面，鍵盤無反應 (capslock 等皆無效)， 按下 reset 鈕後也不會有任何改變，直到 16 秒後螢幕才會切掉並重啟。 reset 線路確定正常，非當機狀態下皆可順利重開。 # 已做努力 1. 主機板韌體更新、reset CMOS，之後送修，檢測無問題 2. 記憶體只插一條交叉測試，各插槽皆試過 3.
