拒轉機飛越上空　西班牙向玻利維亞致歉

西班牙就拒絕玻利維亞總統專機飛越領空一事，向玻利維亞道歉。西班牙駐玻利維亞大使，向當地外交部提交書面聲明，對拒絕專機過境一事表示遺憾，並作出面道歉，希望事件可以告一段落。

玻利維亞總統莫雷斯，月初在俄羅斯出席世界天然氣出口國論壇峰會後，乘專機取道歐洲回國，但多個國家懷疑史諾登在專機上，法國、西班牙等多個國家關閉領空，拒絕專機過境，引發外交風波。

玻總統專機最後只能迫降奧地利，專機滯留近14個小時後，才能起飛回國，事件引起南美國家聯盟強烈譴責。
