評級機構惠譽下調法國信貸評級至AA+，展望為穩定。

惠譽指，評級下調反映對法國政府總債務上限預測有所提高。

惠譽又指，法國經濟面臨多項結構性挑戰，經濟產出明顯較之前疲弱，預期法國經濟增長或會放緩，加上歐債危機的影響，所以下調法國評級。
