公僕酒駕連坐難執行 政院未定案

【王家俊／台北報導】酒駕新法上路後，接連發生公教人員涉酒駕肇事，行政院原擬祭出直屬長官連坐處分，不過，行政院人事行政總處上午邀中央、地方各單位討論後態度轉趨低調，表示連坐處分只是討論議題之一，尚未定案，將廣泛蒐集意見後再報請行政院決定。

與會者轉述，不少單位都反應，公務員酒駕的行政責任，必須全國一體適用，主管連坐處分有執行上的困難，強推恐怕會衍生諸多行政救濟紛爭。副人事長張念中表示，各機關仍有意見，會議沒有具體結論，此外，將徵詢法務部及各單位法規會意見，再做決定。
