美評亞洲餐廳 鼎泰豐稱霸

（中央社東京16日綜合外電報導）美國美食網站「每日一餐」（The Daily Meal）網站今天公布「亞洲最佳101家餐廳」排名，以小籠包聞名的鼎泰豐奪魁，而北京的餐廳則在前10名中，攻占5個名次。

編輯總監安德魯斯（Colman Andrews）說：「最終我們選擇了1家把1道佳餚做到極致的餐廳。」

他也說，編輯群也了解選擇鼎泰豐會引起不同看法。鼎泰豐積極在全球展店，成為國際連鎖餐廳。

北京餐廳則在排行榜前10名大有斬獲，其中以北京烤鴨聞名的全鴨季拿下第2名，提供中式菜餚新吃法的紫雲軒茶事則拿下第3。

美食家、作家和長年居住亞洲的外籍居民等在6個月間提名美味餐廳，票選集結成「亞洲最佳101家餐廳」。評選標準包含菜色、餐廳風格、價值和整體評價。（譯者：中央社張詠晴）1020516
