摘要：今天馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處主席培瑞斯抵達台灣，外交部一度拒絕接見他，直到晚間六點左右，才終於得其門而入。不過，對於賠償內容，培瑞斯還是隻字未提，只對媒體說，他代表菲律賓總統，對洪石成家屬，以及台灣民眾致歉。不過這次培瑞斯來台，可說是一波三折，不但家屬不願意見他，甚至傳出台北知名飯店，拒絕讓他入住。
