石化合作 兩岸企業意願高

兩岸企業家峰會今天上午進行主題演講，其中能源石化裝備產業合作推進小組的台灣、大陸雙方召集人施顏祥、張國寶都認為，兩岸石化產業合作的意願很高。

大陸前國家能源局長張國寶在演講時認為，兩岸若能開啟能源方面合作，有利於台灣的產業發展；對於沒有大量能源的台灣來說，能源交流尤其重要。

前經濟部長施顏祥則直言，「台灣非常重視能源、石化合作，這是涉及經濟安全的重大議題。」

其中，施顏祥提出三個具體合作方向，第一是節能減碳、油氣探勘與再生能源；第二是兩岸企業合作「石化煉製一體」、煉油與輕油裂解等；第三則是工具機零組件合作，包括自動化製造、運輸與環保裝備等。

由於政府已經開放台灣企業到福建省古雷石化園區投資，且可望與大陸企業合資，雙方很可能在兩岸企業家峰會期間簽署合作備忘錄。
