委國設幸福部 民：寧願買到衛生紙

美國人可能只是堅持有權追求幸福，但委內瑞拉可是成立了正式的政府單位幸福部，負責推動幸福政策。

委國總統馬杜洛表示，新成立的社會至高幸福部，將整合已故總統查維斯生前推出的所有計畫，以對抗貧窮。

富含石油的委內瑞拉長期缺乏基本糧食與醫療用品，官方年度通貨膨脹攀升至近50%，黑市的美元兌換率目前是官方匯率的逾7倍。

首都卡拉卡斯的水果販雷伊說，他等著馬杜洛創立啤酒部，他說：「這會讓我和所有醉鬼樂翻。」

31歲的家庭主婦艾芳索說，與其成立幸福部，她寧願能買到牛奶和衛生紙，這些東西上架後沒幾分鐘便被掃光，她說：「要買到三餐所需的材料，實在夠折磨人。」
