[雅房出租] (限女) 聯 絡 人：李小姐 聯絡方式：0911-900803 (請直接以電話聯絡，若未接未開機請留言或簡訊，謝謝） 房屋地點：北市信義區永吉路30巷148弄xx號xx樓 鄰近交通：台北市政府捷運站步行5分鐘內，位於巷弄內鬧中取靜 。 所在樓層：5/5(頂加) 租金(月)：雅房6000/月（含水電、第四台），瓦斯、網路分攤 （因一位室友不使用網路，所以網路2人分攤，目前正等待新室友入住才會遷網路）。 押金：一個月租金 公共設施：舒適公寓規格，非監獄式隔間，格局方正，結構為三房一廳一衛一廚一陽台。 *房間（空間約６張單人床大小）：大窗（陽光充足，對著前陽台） 、冷氣、床組、衣櫥、桌椅、窗簾 *客廳：液晶螢幕電視、沙發、桌、冷氣。 *廚房： 冰箱、簡易廚具 *前陽台：洗衣機 、洗衣水槽、曬衣空間 隔間材質：水泥 能否接受寵物：否（不會吵的，可與房東房客商議） 備註： (1)雖然是頂加、舊公寓，但是為公寓水泥隔間，是家庭式住宅的感覺。 (2)位於市府住宅區非常安靜，也非常便宜!!我住了2年半，另1室友也住了快3年囉~ (3)走到弄口就是永吉路30巷，吃喝非常方便。 參考圖片： http://www.flickr.com/photos/miamialeelee/sets/72157636652242545/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.75.133
