【總舖師幕後】望族千金栽尋古早味　傳承不走味

【辛啟松／台南報導】《總舖師》顧問黃婉玲出身台南望族，從小家境優渥，跟父親嘗遍台灣傳統美味，她因此一頭栽入追尋台灣古早味，花了10年，拜訪20多名總舖師，紀錄台灣辦桌文化，甚至傳統台菜。她說，記錄出書就是希望台灣古早味能不走味地傳承。

黃婉玲說，小時候隔壁大姊姊出嫁，父親出差，母親顧及鄰居辦桌席位不夠，只包紅包卻不帶她們參加，她竟問「是不是我們家錢不夠，紅包包的少，所以不能去？」黃婉玲說，可能是小時候總吃不到，讓她對辦桌越有興趣，越好奇。10年前，她開始訪談總舖師，拉著當記者的丈夫充當攝影師，全程紀錄辦桌過程。
